Over the years a significant trend is noticeable in renting private villa’s for holidays. If a group wants to spend a holiday with family members or friends, renting a private villa is an interesting option. The rate per person is far below hotel rates and there is more space and privacy.

In Bali it is common to rent a private villa with staff (cook, service attendance, security & manager). This provides the guests a 5-star+ hotel service and an unsurpassed sense of luxury.

The Sumberkima Hill villas will vary in size from 1 to 6 bedrooms. They offer an attractive proposition for 2 individual travellers to a group of 14. The resort as a whole can also accommodate larger groups with tailor made propositions, like Yoga schools, meditation classes, weddings and celebrations.

As we combine individual villas with central services, we will cover two marketing options: renting out private villas and offering accommodation from a resort perspective. Marketing and booking coordination will be done centrally for you.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
